Closing of Undergraduate Candidate Admissions (Academic Year 2026/2027)

The Office of the Registrar at the Ethiopian Catholic Higher Learning Institute (ECUSTA) hereby officially announces the closing of undergraduate student admissions for the 2026/2027 Academic Intake, effective immediately.

We sincerely thank all candidates who submitted their applications during the intake period. The admissions review process is now underway, and applicants may continue to track their dossier status, entrance exam tickets, and acceptance letters at: 

Regarding New Submissions:
As the application window is now closed, any new candidate applications submitted through the portal from this point forward will automatically be placed on a waitlist. Waitlisted applicants will not be reviewed as part of the current intake cycle but will be considered should additional slots become available, or as part of a future intake, pending review by the Office of the Registrar.
