More Than A Campus, A Second Home
Our Little Journey at ECUSTA: Friendships, Sunsets, and Medical Dreams
Our little journey at ECUSTA has been wonderful so far. As first-year students preparing for our medical joining year, the university already holds a special place in our hearts. We first heard about ECUSTA through social media and mutual friends. Little did we know that joining this institution would lead us to finding each other. We have made so many memories together, and we quickly realized a profound truth about connection:
"It is not about how long the friendship is, but how random people decide to be friends and how they make you feel understood and loved."
That quote perfectly describes our time here. In a very short period, we have created memories that will always be part of our lives. One of our favorite parts of ECUSTA is its peaceful and friendly environment. We often step out of our dorm around 5:00 PM to simply enjoy the view of the sunset and listen to the birds singing. That golden hour, accompanied by nature, is just marvelous. You truly have to come and experience it for yourself.
An Inspiring Academic Environment
We believe that ECUSTA provides an exceptional teaching environment, complete with well-equipped classrooms and highly respected, well-trained teachers. For anyone looking forward to medical school, ECUSTA offers exciting early exposure to the medical field.
As freshman students, my friends and I were invited to observe a cadaver practical session. Seeing a human heart and internal organs in real life for the first time was both fascinating and inspiring. It was honestly one of the best days of our academic lives and reminded us exactly why we chose this demanding path. The university creates an environment that feels both motivating and comforting, making the rigorous studies feel much more manageable.
Good Food and Great Company
Not mentioning the food would be unfair! The campus provides excellent meals, and Thursday's menu is our absolute favorite because they serve fish. We strictly follow the principle that a good meal brightens your day.
Dorm Life: Where Memories Are Made
The next highlight is our dorm life, which remains one of the most special parts of our journey. We always thought that dorms were simply places where you sleep. We now know that they are places where friendships grow, late-night conversations happen, laughter fills the hallways, and unforgettable memories are made.
Our dorm life has truly been one of the best experiences we could ask for, and we are certain that we will talk about these days for the rest of our lives. The people in the photos above are the ones behind the laughter and the joy. Somewhere between those beautiful moments, we found a genuine family in each other.
A Place We Call Home
Overall, ECUSTA is much more than just a university. It is a calm, welcoming, and understanding environment filled with supportive people. For us, it is not just a place to learn; it is a place we call home.
